This might be a little basic but I use a program called 'task'.  It's a
CLI 'todo organizer' allowing multiple projects, supports due dates,
priorities etc.  It does basic reporting along the lines of "What did I
work on last week/month/year or what do I need to do next
week/month/year. It doesn't support multiple people though.
