I'll see what can be done about scrubbing the details. I plan on setting
up generic executive email addresses before the coming meeting, so that
it's easier to email exec members directly (in case you don't already
have our personal addresses).
Sincerely,
-Dafydd

Hello Shawn,
I agree that the executive should delete my email containing personal
information from the archive. It was a great lapse of judgement that I
shared my personal information unencrypted on the net.
Unless I develop dementia, I will remember not to share actual addresses
and phone numbers on the net in future.
Thank you, Shawn, for your diligence in protecting member security from
unscrupulous and possibly criminal activity.
Regards,
Michael Walters

Can an exec see if they can delete Michael's message from the archive?
I don't mean to suggest in any way that Michael's question is not valid,
but I feel strongly that actual personal street addresses, and phone
numbers should not be posted on a public mailing list. If I'm deemed to
be reacting overly strongly, feel free to ignore me. But, I'd rather
our members be safe than, possibly being hounded by the spammers and
worse out there.

Hello Kin Wong,
When I payed for my two tiered membership you said that you would mail
it to me, so I showed you my ID card to get my new address correct.
I have been waiting quite a while for my card and it has not arrived in
the mail.
