No....

Basestation allocated IP to it's guests. Normally a basestation will
have upto 15 IP's to allocate.

A guest is not able to 'move' within the mesh, it has to stay within
range of the base - or aquire another IP via dhcp.

A guest must send all packets through it's basestation, which will then
pass them on, either to the mesh or the internet (if connected).
