It is based on Red Hat, so if you are experienced with RH then it might not be a bad choice. For me, RH sucks (I had some bad experiences). My experience was that it was harder to maintain over a long period of time than some other distros. Moving between major versions was a headache whereas other distros make this relatively painless. Reinstalling the OS to upgrade is a bad idea that was copied from the MS world IMO. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFEVAXOwRXgH3rKGfMRAhZ+AKCAKw8mcY+HlgE9yKnV0f6K8QO0RgCfQR8Y nbBUo+9vNd+NrUKMtOaeyeE= =3ipG -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [email protected] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca Mailing List Guidelines (http://clug.ca/ml_guidelines.php) **Please remove these lines when replying
