You could look at it this way: It takes a little bit of effort for you to do it, but there are a lot of people who read the lists, and it takes even more effort for each person to piece things together. Ex: if there were 100 people reading an email, it would be more than 100x as cumbersome for you to not format it correctly. P.S.
