i don't think andy was speaking of support in the official sense =)

it can be seriously difficult to troubleshoot a custom build of software. 
gentoo does it a lot (it's the philosophy of the distro, obviously) and that 
leads to a lot of head-scratchers, especially since use flags can also add to 
the variables involved. at least when suse or red hat butchers a package 
everyone gets the same butchered results ;) double edge swords and all 
that.... anyways:

my first thought is to check the cookies in your browser. perhaps it's setting 
the wrong authentication information in your browser (e.g. domain mismatch) 
or perhaps just something odd with your browser? (i've seen some browsers get 
confused with a cookie when modifying a site's configuration and i had to 
delete the cookies first)
