Nope, it's not a DNS problem. I do use a local cache, but I checked it out and 
it is resolving properly. I can't ping by IP, nor telnet 207.228.96.2 80 
(timeout)...or at least I couldn't yesterday. I can surf it this morning, but 
I've seen this intermittent issue for a while....
