for clarification:

'gpg --list-sigs'  gives you ALL the signatures for ALL your keys
'gpg --list-sigs KeyID' gives you the signatures for the key you have 
identified.

I know you know this Aaron, I'm just doing it for the rest of the group. Yup, 
you can use that or if you you use Kgpg you can do the following:

-select your key (or anyone else's you want to update)
-go to Keys->Refresh Keys From Keyserver
-if there's new signatures it lets you know
-you can then click on the plus icon beside the selected key to expand it and 
see who has signed it
