Is your executive contact e-mail address current? Many of you when you registered as a Tier 2 member provided an e-mail address to be used by the executive as a means of contacting you for special or AGM meeting notice, membership renewel, or other specific tasks. This e-mail address may or may not be the same one that you use for the mailing lists or as a contact e-mail address on the CLUG website. The e-mail address we have on file is the only address that is used for offical contact. If you wish to change this address, or you are unsure what e-mail address is on file, please send an e-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or you can use the Executive Contact page located here http://www.clug.ca/node/119 and be sure to include in the body of the message your name, membership number, and the e-mail address you wish for us to use. This also applies if you have had a change in your physical address. If your membership has expired and you didn't receive a renewel notice, we probably have an inactive e-mail address on file for you. Any e-mail address that bounces back to me when renewels are sent out, are followed up by a snail-mail letter to the member.
