I have a question. Regarding GPL version 3. When a web program is licenced
under the GPL the output is html. The HTML is "interpreted" and sometimes
executed (in the case of javascript) by the web browser. Is the
HTML/javascript output from the program also considered GPL'd under GPL3 and
therefore considered to be redistribution of the code for the original
program?
