I agree. I don't understand why MySQL has so much support, when it's not quite as good as other database packages. (disclaimer: MySQL has come a long ways in resolving it's deficiencies....). I particulary don't get it when they outright state that the SQL standards will only be followed where it suits them.... (It was in their online documentation when I last read through it...) I don't know of any particular hosting company in the city that offers what postgres support. If you become desperate, let me know, I have hosting capabilities with the above support, but I've been avoiding offering this service. In the past it was too much maintenance time needed.
