Welcome!!!!! [Waves back]
Man, I must be feeling my age all of a sudden. Doesn't anybody
here remember the AT&T / Berkeley SysV/BSD lawsuit, or even
further back ((vaguely as a kid) the moon landings on tv?
Kids these days :-)
Moon landings... Heck I remember JFK's unlucky day back in '63. How
about the Cuban Missile Crisis. The world was on the brink that
day, too. My dad (an army guy), was on alert when we were stationed
in Whitehorse. That was in the days, of course, when I walked 5 miles
uphill (both ways) to school, in winter blizzards! Okay, I jest
a little bit about walking to school. We took an army bus from Camp
Takhini, down the two mile hill, into the volcanic crater that is to
this day, still Whitehorse. Had some fun times, though.
You got me reminiscing. That'll teach you.
