I apologize if my email client messed up the grouping, I was sending email from
work and I was using Outlook. I'm not sure what to do about fixing the
Message-ID headers, any suggestions? Sometimes I have my laptop with me and I
send from Kmail where I am assuming the Message-ID is set up correctly. I
haven't heard of any problems until now.

And this message may not be any better... I am sending it from webmail.

As useful as grouping messages may be, with the disparate number of email
clients that people use I don't know how the grouping is maintained or
enforced.

Thanks for looking into this Cade.
