I'm not overly familiar with Oracle ... but I think ... and from some quick googling ... oemapp ... (Oracle Enterprise Management APP). So oemapp Console Would run the console management. oemapp dbastudio Would run the dbastudio. I am not familiar with the other applications listed, but oemapp is kind of like a launcher I assume.
