As some of you may know, Jerry Pournelle has a web site called Chaos Manor that covers various subjects including politics, space flight, SciFi and computers.
A while back Jerry was going on about the latest windows virus and I offered to send Him copies of some modern Distros to try. Today He wrote back and gave Me an address. I will be sending copies of Knoppix, SuSE 9.0 and SuSE live 9.1. Does anybody want to volunteer anything else to add to the package?
Jerry tried Linux a year or so ago but did not have too much success, I would hope at the least He will be impressed with the progress. If there are no objections I would also suggest He signs up for our mailing list to assist in any problems He may encounter. For those who don't know the name Jerry is a prolific and well liked author of best selling SciFi books including the Falkenberg and CoDominium series, King David's Spaceship and several collaborations with Larry Niven and others, e.g. Lucifer's Hammer, The Mote in God's Eye and many more.
If anyone has anything they want to add, see me at the meeting tommorrow.
Graham

You could try Fedora, Mandrake.
Also, don't capitalize him and he. It makes it look like you're referring to him as God :)
-- Why am I scared of Windows? Let's just say I will be glad I have my Knoppix CD.
