Its IDE, running on hdb=ide-scsi. It works fine, but Im picky, and its
sub-perfect.
I remember once having a similar issue, had to do with a kernel setting, not sure exactly what, but I think when you compile your kernel you can pick "detect all LUNs" or something like that. Not compiling that did it for me.
