Normally, once the secondary storage Vm comes up, you should see a CentOS 5.5 default template appear. Whether or not that actually downloads depends on if everything is working. So if you don't see a CentOS 5.5 template, check to see if you have a secondary storage VM up. If you do have a template, but it's not 'ready', you will have to log into the secondary storage VM and run the ssvm-check.sh script to help diagnose where the issue is:
