This issues was created to track network usage for remote access VPN in VPC. Remote access VPN is not supported on VPC currently (CLOUDSTACK-754). Implementation/Spec for CLOUDSTACK-759 will also depend on CLOUDSTACK-754. CLOUDSTACK-754 is still unassigned.
