I was unable to reproduce this bug in my own environment. When I logged in as a
normal user, listZones API does return what it should return (i.e. a zone).
So, I asked Parth to provide a database dump from his testing environment where
he saw the bug.
After restoring database dump provided by Parth in my environment, I saw the
bug (i.e. listZones API doesn't return what it's supposed to return).
I suggest whoever is assigned to fix this bug try to reproduce this bug by
himself first.
If it's not reproducible, then ask Parth to provide database dump.
