DestroyConsoleProxyCmd is used in two places, in ConsoleProxyService and a
manager impl, I don't want to touch that code now, maybe if you or Kelven can
do that?
Yes, CreatePrivateNetworkCmd should be removed. Rest if upto you. Thanks for
