IPV6 - Router and guest Vms should be able to use an IPV6 address for external
DNS entry.
With support for IPV6 , we should have the ability to configure External DNS
IPV6 addresses at the Zone level.
This IPV6 entry should be programmed in the router and guest Vms which are part
of IPV6 networks to provide dns services.
