I have seen where the problem is but since I don't have a working master set up
right now , I won't like to commit the fix . So the problem is with this line
in CloudStack.js file -
CloudStack.plugins.length - NOT DEFINED
You probably need to change it to - CloudStack.sections.plugins.length
