Resolution: Invalid
The submitted patch is not acceptable, you removed the interfaces, class needs
to implement those interfaces that's why "class implements interfaces".

explain what you're trying to do or if you've a new patch. If refactoring
account manager and service interfaces together, open a new issue and new
review on reviews.apache.org
