Update https://github.com/rajesh-battala/asf-cloudstack-master the branch with
latest commits after rebasing with today's latest master.
rebase master worked fine and pushed the commits to github.
Changes contains
1. creation of healthcheckmanager which will query the status of lb services
and update in lb vm map table.
2. modified lbvm map table to hold the instance/service status
