Hi,

There are several features targeted for 4.1.0 on JIRA which have FS,
wiki and whatnot. Can the developers (both committers and
non-committers) who don't have a branch on asf git share their forks,
or setup one on github or elsewhere and post links to that on the
respective JIRA ticket. For example, I keep some dirty branches on my
gh mirror [0] (just my backup, and I often do git push -f) and I may
want to squash the commits in fewer commits, change/fix commit
messages or throw away different commits before I commit them to
master, but the link is shared [1] just in case any wants to follow
and play with the dirty branch.

So, while I understand that one's personal branch may be dirty and
they would want to keep it in their realms until the last minutes, I
would like to encourage people to share their branches so hackers in
the community can dig around your fork, follow your code and not just
your talks.
