Folks Sometimes when patches are submitted the submitter may not know whom should review the patch. It would help to identify the maintainers for different components. We had a section under CloudStack Maintainers Guide in wiki for current maintainers. I pulled the maintainers as a separate page of its own so that it can be linked in other contexts.
