In the admin guide, most of the content in section '4.5. Management Server
Installation' contains instructions for both CentOS/RHEL and Ubuntu, but the
subsection on 'Using the Management Server As the NFS Server' only has
CentOS/RHEL instructions. We need to add the equivalent Ubuntu commands and
call out the existing instructions as specific to CentOS/RHEL.
This caused some confusion for Ubuntu users who were expecting to find
