OK, use cases! :)

I like where you're going with the wiki page - might want to spell out that 
you're allowing people to get logs from the SSVMs/hypervisors/etc?

One thing to keep in mind - how to securely fetch the appropriate log from the 
system and provide it to the user. You can't take user input to specify a 
filename/path to file to retrieve. If you do that, it becomes difficult to make 
sure they're now downloading say a password file or database dump.

Really not sure the best way to go about this - Unless the master/agents parse 
the contents of log4j-cloud.xml and syslog.conf (etc), the next best thing is 
to have a config file/db entry specifying where to grab logs. That'll work for 
basic cases...

I suspect you might want to also create a separate feature request for some 
sort of 1-click download of relevant configuration options to send into 
support...
