The first milestone of this work has completed in api_refactoring, and will be
merged into master by 01/09/2013.
ID to UUID conversion during serialization phase has been removed from all
Response classes. And Created DB views to further speed up the following costly
list APIs:
listAccounts
listAsyncJobs
listDomainRouters
listEvents
listHosts
listVmGroups
listProjects
listProjectAccounts
listProjectInvitations
listResourceTags
listSecurityGroups
listUsers
listVirtualMachines
listVolumes
listStoragePools
