Description:
There is no option to tag VPN Customer Gateway.
Steps to check

1-Go to network tab
2-From select view select VPN Customer Gateway
3- Click on add VPN Customer Gateway
5-Select the VPN Customer Gateway
6-there is no option to create/add Tag for VPN Customer Gateway

I can't find a dev list discussion on this topic (beyond the Jira ticket
updates). Can you please find it and / or start it to ensure completeness?
Once started, put a link to the thread in the description field.
I'm assuming that no functional spec is required for this improvement (due to
scope).
Also, do you intend to commit directly to master, or work off a feature branch?
