Not restore, but you can re-instance. Make a call to provision a VM from the template catalog. It will be a new sequenced clone, not a restore. With CS you don’t really use VMs, the term ‘instance’ is actually quite correct. They are ‘stateless’ to the hypervisor, and exist only in the DB. So in theory you could create a new VM and assign it the properties of an old VM (risky to re-use records in DB).
