Generally like this…I think changing the "not affiliated" part handled what 
would have been my concern. And I think this might provide a more clean way for 
newcomers to engage with the project. Plus I suspect more developers out there 
are familiar with GitHub than with ReviewBoard...

Branding thought: should we maybe come up with a cloudmonkey image for use by 
3rd party projects like this? Could be useful for various companies/bloggers 
who want an image on their site as well. This could probably turn into a whole 
separate thread...
