Pierre-Yves Ritschard commented on CLOUDSTACK-620: -------------------------------------------------- I proposed an implementation for this here: https://github.com/exoscale/incubator-cloudstack/commit/c1078b7632b0da2407da1ae3e7fa0e26b0339045. Are there specific things needed such as CA agreement should this raise any interest ? If there is interest I can propagate this to the rest of the startup scripts. > Allow additional JVM opts and classpath injection > -------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CLOUDSTACK-620 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-620 > Project: CloudStack > Issue Type: Improvement > Security Level: Public(Anyone can view this level - this is the > default.) > Affects Versions: 4.0.0, 4.0.1, 4.1.0, 4.0.2 > Environment: ubuntu > Reporter: Pierre-Yves Ritschard > > The rationale is to allow configuration management to push > specific log4j configurations or JMX arguments directly through > `/etc/default/cloud-agent` instead of having to modify the startup script. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
