KVM Agent requires bridge-utils. However, the installation procedure of
bridge-utils is not indicated on CloudStack Installation Guide now.
IMO, it should be in section "8.1.1" and/or "8.1.3"
Postscript, This issue may be fixed by bridge-utils is added to SPEC of RPM at
4.0.1 releases. This document fix may become unnecessary then. Please refer to
CLOUDSTACK-498.
