In the Developer's Guide, in the "API Reference" section, we provide links to
v2.2 and v3.0 API References on the cloud.com download site. This should be
replaced by a link to the API reference on the new Apache docs site. At the
moment, the API Reference is at
http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/docs/api/.
