Can somebody review this small patch to the systemvm? I have been using this patch for several months without issues.
Or is there a way to tell XenServer to not use hvm? To reply, visit: https://reviews.apache.org/r/7979/ ----------------------------------------------------------- Review request for cloudstack. Description ------- Cannot add XenServer 6.0.2 based hosts with E3 CPU. SSVM of any type fail to boostrap, ending up with incomplete network configuration and Cloudstack unable to ping it. Adding a host with any other type of previous generation CPU succeeds and SSVMs start properly (in this case X3450). XenServer appears to use hardware-assisted virtualization (hvm) for newer CPUs such as: Intel Xeon E3-1230 V2 Intel Core i5-3570K Intel Core i7-3615QM This addresses bug CLOUDSTACK-448.
