So we will only limit ourselfs to HTTP or TCP checks?
Modern loadbalancers can also do IMAP or SMTP health checks, so imho we should
support that as well.
Just because AWS only supports HTTP or TCP doesn't mean we should do the same.
A F5 can do SMTP health checks by doing HELO requests.
