Hi Saikiran, Are you trying to install CloudStack-2.2.14-1-ubuntu10.04 build on Ubuntu 12.04? 2.2.14 is not supported on Ubuntu 12.04 but on 10.04.
So, why don't you try the latest version i.e CS-4.0, it is supported on Ubuntu 12.04 also.
