Could you login into devcloud vm, do the following:
Total memory assigned to devcloud VM:
Total=`xe host-param-list uuid=`xe host-list |grep uuid |awk '{print $5}'` |
grep total`
Max memory assigned to dom0:
Dom0=`xe vm-param-list uuid=`xe vm-list |grep uuid|awk '{print $5}'` | grep
dynamic-max`
"$Total - $Dom0" should be larger than 128M.
