Just a heads up for nonoss/vmware developers on master: (there is no issue on 4.0)
Mice filed an issue today: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-346 Thanks to him, I found out that vmware-lib-jaxrpc.jar and axis-jaxrpc-1.4.jar are the same files with different filenames.
