If backward incompatibility is the problem we should solve it here itself since
after going out with 4.0 as ASF release the number of implementations of CS are
bound to increase and changing the structure in 5.0 would face heavy criticism
and magnitude of compatibility issues(quantity not unique) will be heavy.
It would be better to change it soon as people are expecting there will be a
lot of change in the 4.0 vs the previous releases.
