this may be a reason (capacity Threshold) and to rule out this Today i  tested  
on fresh install (xs6.0.2,MS Rhl6.3) where i got same error (ErrorInMaintenance 
) . I am attaching MS log and screenshot of dashboard (it will give idea of 
resource used)
