This is an existing behavior. The same issue is with registerTemplate which
also shows Task completed in the UI whenever any template with valid URL format
is attempted to register. The template registration may however fail afterward.
This issue is same, whenever uploading Volume, Task shows completed in the UI
but since size check is done in parallel on SSVM which can cause upload error.
