I've spent some time trying to audit our license/notice files as well
as our general compliance with ASF guidelines.

We have a notice for jquery.js 1.6.1, however, I've come across
another copy of jquery 1.3.2 - which is at:
console-proxy/js/jquery.js

Does this need additional attribution? Is there a reason to use such
disparate version of the library?
