This Jenkins instance is just transitional. No doubt we'll move to builds.apache.org soon enough. (Though given that it's been 10 days and still counting to get a Jira project created, I'm not in any hurry to add further burden to the infra team).
We're not using Sonar, no. Given our current checkstyle results, I know that the code base has a long way to go on that front.
