So the snmp info will look like the following in the query parameters for 
create/update

   param[0].name=snmpcommunity&
   param[0].value=public&
   param[1].name=snmpport&
   param[1].value=121

And in the list response the snmp info will look like the following
   "params":{"snmpcommunity":"public","snmpport":161}

Is my understanding right?
