I don't see any need for approval from legal on that. It's clearly a 3-clause BSD license for Trilead itself and the included Plattner work, plus the standard MIT X11 license for Bouncy Castle. All are Apache-compatible.
We do need to make sure that the copyright acknowledgement is in the documentation though.
