Stand up another system, install fuse libs, mount gluster, and present that
volume as the expected nfs.

Gluster can also be changed to nfs3 but i was very flaky.

Subject: Cloudstack 3.0.2: Specifying NFS ver. 3

Is it possible to specify the NFS version protocol (i.e., mount -t nfs -o
vers=3 server:/export /mountpoint) when configuring the primary storage for a
basic installation? (The storage server in question is utilizing GlusterFS
3.2.6 - which does not support NFS ver. 4.)

TIA,
