Hi folks  - just a quick heads up - the master and 3.0.x branches have
been migrated and are live. For those of you subscribed to the commits
list, I apologize for flooding your email with a couple hundred
messages. Thanks to Mohammad for doing tons of work getting us up and
going.

Folks on the initial committers list:
Please test your ability to commit to this repo as soon as possible.
If you have problems, please report them to this list, and we'll move
from there. Keep in mind, this is git-over-https - and it will be
using your ASF password. ALSO - please go back and review any existing
patches sent to this mailing list and apply if appropriate (or comment
why not)
