Hi folks: We've got some folks interested in l10n - and I suppose we need to discuss how and where that will happen. Today CloudStack uses transifex.net as a service. The big issue I don't understand is whether it satisfies any legal requirements from ASF's perspective for what is effectively a patch submission. Any thoughts there? Apache also maintains translate.apache.org which uses pootle which we could use.
